How Does it Work?

You start by filling out my food questionnaire so I can better understand your needs and food preferences. I then send a menu to include 5 meat-based entrées and 5 similar vegetarian options, along with a list of side dishes and a salad & burrito of the week. Approve your menu by noon. on Sunday for delivery the following week. (Your delivery day will be based upon your location and the number of meals you order). Your meals will be delivered to your home or business in cooler bags with an ice pack between 3 and 6 p.m.  If you’re unable to be home at the time of delivery, simply leave a large cooler for your meals to be stored in until you get home.

In Snohomish County: Bothell, Brier, Edmonds, Everett, Lynnwood, Mill Creek, Mountlake Terrace, Mukilteo, Woodway

In King County: Bellevue, Clyde Hill, Kenmore, Kirkland, Lake Forest Park, Medina, Mercer Island, Redmond, Seattle, Shoreline, Woodinville

How much is delivery?

A $20 delivery fee will be added to orders under $300.

What are the costs?

Meal plans start at $180 plus the cost of groceries for 2 servings of 3 different entrées. Each entrée comes with a side dish, plus you have the option or ordering the salad of the week for $5/portion, 2-portion minimum, or the burrito of the week for $50 for 8 burritos. Groceries and sales tax will be added. I offer many options for meal plans; please contact me to discuss your specific needs.

How do I pay?

I accept PayPal and Venmo.

What type of cuisine do you offer?

Big, bold flavors!  My food is influenced by myriad ethnic cuisines – the hot/sour/salty/sweet cuisine of Southeast Asia, the exotic flavors of India and the Middle East, the fiery fare of the Southwest and Mexico and the savory dishes of the Mediterranean – but I also make a mean pot roast. My menus are developed from hundreds of recipes – from comfort food to gourmet, vegetarian to meat-lover’s, low-fat to diet-be-damned. I pride myself in making food from scratch, from the to-die-for croutons for my Caesar salad, to the ethereal crépes in my manicotti, to the flaky, buttery crust of my quiches and empanadas, to savory sauce for my enchiladas. Do the meals come fresh or frozen? 

Your meals are delivered fresh, however, some can be stored in your freezer if you prefer.   

Can you accommodate special diets?

It depends upon the complexity.  I offer many vegetarian (and some vegan) options, and can make most meals gluten-free.  Please contact me with your specific needs to see if I am able to accommodate them.

How are the meals packaged?

I provide eco-friendly recyclable and compostable containers.

How do I heat the meals?

Instructions are provided for both the microwave and oven. If an item is best heated in the oven, I will indicate that.
